Pulaski Community Hospital - New River Valley Cancer Care Center

I have been transporting my best friend to the New River Valley Cancer Care Center for almost two months for treatments. He has received radiation and chemo-therapy during this time and I have been so very impressed with everyone whom has administered his treatment.

Actually, it goes beyond the hospital and Cancer Care Center professionals because every person with whom we have had contact has been professional, friendly, and they always give us their smiling face. It starts with the check-in personnel and from there we can be assured that every nurse, doctor, therapist, technician, maintenance, cafeteria, administrative, and security person we encounter will treat us with respect and a friendly disposition.

I have never been to a facility, hospital or otherwise, where every employee represents the facility in such a professional and mission oriented manner. I know that this patient oriented courtesy and professionalism will continue for my friend. I, as a bystander, want to express my sincere gratitude for all of these great people. My friend feels the same as I.

My friend is very dear to me and it has been comforting to know that he is receiving such good professional care and that all employees are truly living up to the name of their facility: New River Valley CANCER CARE Center.
